John McCain In His Own Words: 100 More Years or War and Chaos in Iraq
The DNC is airing a new ad this week that features John McCain in his own words telling the American people that if he’s President, the U.S. will be mired in the failed Iraq war that has cost our country the lives of more than 4,000 troops, injuries to tens of thousands more, and resulted in casualties to more hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians.
And given that the DNC has raised far, far more money than the Republican National Committee, expect to see many more ads like this between now and November, showing exactly why the U.S. can’t afford a John McCain presidency–because he’d basically bring us more of the same failed economic policies, the same failed foreign policy, and the same failed Iraq war policies–American can’t afford more of the same failed policies that have brought us to the brink of economic collapse: soaring gas prices, rising unemployment, a falling dollar, soaring deficits and debts, a housing market that is deterioratin, falling consumer confidence, and shaky financial insitutions.
