Debra Bowen Orders Tightened Security for Electronic Voting in California
Making good on her promise to improve and safeguard election administration in California, Debra Bowen decertified, then recertified Electronic Voting Machiens with tighter standards last night. Many activists, however, were disappointed that Bowen did not completely decertify electronic voting machines entirely.
